After serving our country in the US Marine Corps, Ben Cooper discovered his passion for building. From homes on the Pacific Coast of California to commercial properties in Arizona to Corporate Offices in Washington, D.C., and high-tech hospital renovations for Johns Hopkins in Baltimore — 17 years of construction experience across the country laid the foundation. 6 years ago, with a keen eye for detail, a never-quit attitude, and the experience to bring it all together, Cooper Construction & Development was formed. That's 23+ years of total expertise behind every project we take on.
That same discipline that defines military service defines the way Cooper Construction operates — organized, accountable, proactive, and never satisfied with "good enough."

What We Do
Our projects include both new construction and repairs and restorations. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. We also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs.
